Justin Francisco Designs (hereafter referred to as ‘The Designer’) will complete Graphic Design Projects for the person who signs the form below (hereafter referred to as ‘The Client’) for the duration of the Unlimited Graphic Design promotion. The Designer will schedule a phone call with The Client prior to the start of the program to talk about the projects we will work on, confirm details and to arrange payment.

DURATION:
The Designer will have an open availability for communication and working on graphic design related projects between the hours of 9am - 5pm EST from Monday to Friday for a period of 20 business days.
PRICING:
The Client agrees to pay a total sum of $1999 dollars for the services to be rendered. An initial 50% deposit is to be paid in order to confirm the start of
the promotion, and the final 50% payment will be due 2 weeks after the start
of the promotion.
SERVICES:
The Designer will create anything from the following (non-exhaustive) list upon the client’s request: Logos, Posters, Marketing Materials, Menus, Business Cards, Videos, 3D models, 3D animation, Style Usage Guides, Social Media Content, Brochures, Flyers, Forms, Communications, PowerPoint presentations.
TERMINATION:
This contract takes effect upon The Designer’s receipt of the initial 50% deposit. This contract will be considered ended if the client fails to pay the remaining 50% balance after 2 weeks. The Client or The Designer can cancel this contract with 2 weeks prior written notice, upon which, any outstanding balance following the 2 weeks will be repaid to the client within an additional 2 weeks.
